When the voice dictates subtractions, it says "moins" instead of "minus".

oops. obvious bug: I was fixing an issue with french for espeak and it was used for every locale. /o\
This is fixed in version 0.3.1.2 but only in source on linux. Because there is some unexpected problem to regenerate the windows file (exe installer and zip file). Stay tuned.
I am, may be, 6th kyu. not much better than that. because I don't practice at all these days.
