As we use a free *sendgrid* account, we can only send 200 emails per day. But we are slowly reaching this limit.
We believe some users might have not cancelled their subscription although they did not use them anymore since 2010.
So we are sending email for nothing while hurting our quota. That's why we decided to make this database clean-up to make some room and decrease the number of emails sent every day.
